About the 2018 VP...
This is a one-off extremely limited release fortified made possible only by the hot, dry conditions of the 2018 vintage. Super ripe Shiraz fortified with premium brandy spirit and aged in oak barrels for 6 years. This is a luscious, decadent wine with intense flavors of liquorice and spice and is ready for immediate indulgence but will cellar for a further 5 years in the right conditions. 

About the Chocolate...
Made by Cuvee, a bean to bar chocolate company, the Yuletide is bursting with macerated Amarena cherries, candied orange (made in-house), raisins, Christmas-spiced brandy made by our friends Bass and Flinders Distillery, all encased within our 42% Soleo Milk Chocolate… it's like Christmas Pudding in a bar.  Inside is a card with Season's Greetings and an acrylic artwork with tasting notes.
